By placing an order on 6ixofdiamonds.com, you agree to these terms: • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason • Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes • Payment must be received in full before order processing begins • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit as specified at checkout • Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until payment is processed Product images are for illustration purposes. Natural diamonds may vary slightly in appearance from photographs due to their unique characteristics.

We accept the following payment methods: • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) • Affirm (Buy Now, Pay Later) • Klarna (Pay in installments) Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. For Affirm and Klarna purchases, additional terms from those providers apply. Payment plans are subject to approval and may require a credit check. All prices are final at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice for future orders.

Shipping terms: • We ship within Canada using insured carriers • International shipping may be available for select destinations • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier • Signature may be required for high-value items • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues Free shipping is available on orders over $500 CAD within Canada. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost. For custom or built-to-order items, please allow additional production time as specified on the product page.

Our return policy: • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items • Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging • Custom-made items and special orders are final sale • Engraved or personalized items cannot be returned • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@6ixofdiamonds.com with your order number. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Our quality guarantees: • All diamonds 0.30ct and above are GIA, AGS, or IGI certified • Certification reports are provided with qualifying purchases • All jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity • Metals are guaranteed to meet stated purity standards (10K, 14K, 18K gold) • Manufacturing defects are covered for one year from purchase Warranty does not cover: • Normal wear and tear • Damage from improper care or storage • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Loss or theft • Damage from accidents or misuse We recommend regular professional cleaning and inspection to maintain your jewelry.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated • Product availability and pricing are subject to change • We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions By using our website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6ixofDiamonds from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
